Homeserve tackle home emergencies like leaky pipes and broken boilers. You can call them out for a one off job or get insurance for a number of possible disasters. However, not many people know about them, so they wanted some ads to raise their profile.

This is the campaign we pitched with and won the business, and these two ads form the part of a test campaign which starts in the Granada region but will hopefully roll out across the UK if they prove successful.

There’s a 40 second ad followed by a 30 second cut down. We wanted to tackle the idea of home emergencies, but we didn’t want to alarm people and make them associate negative feelings towards the brands. That’s where the jolly tune and cartoon comedy comes in.
