We teamed up at Watford College in 1995.

After placements at the likes of Saatchi & Saatchi, GGT and RKCR we were hired at Leagas Shafron Davis, where we spent an eventful 12 months until the agency sadly fell into liquidation.

The disappointment of going back on placement didn’t last long, however, as we were hired at WCRS within a matter of days.

The next 16 years or so were spent working on a wide range of briefs for all manner of clients; creating slutty chocolate bars, talking bin-bags with eating disorders, and a double-turkey-fisting-housewife.

We’ve helped to nurture Churchill into the most liked brand in its sector, re-invigorated B&Q, caused an upsurge in recycling by urging Londoners to starve their bins, and produced memorable work for brands such as 118 118, Sky Movies, Sky Bet, MINI, and Radox.

We’ve also worked through the ranks of WCRS to become creative directors on Churchill, B&Q and Boots No 7.

We joined McGarry Bowen in April 2015 as Creative Directors on Tassimo, Mizkan (Branston, Sarsons, Haywoods), Mondelez (Toblerone, Sour Patch Kids). We've also looked after Fujitsu.

We've made work Honda, Fujitsu, NABS, and Western Union, and overseen work Branston, Sarsons, Toblerone and Tassimo.

Away from work, Jane is a keen knitter and likes nothing more than squeezing in a cheeky line whenever she can. Her art director’s eye (she actually has two) and interior design skills also mean she’s in demand with friends and acquaintances to breathe life into their boring homes.

Dave writes and illustrates in his spare time and has had a children’s book about a mentally challenged whale and a not-so-children’s book about a bored, alcoholic Santa published in recent years. He’s also a keen Evertonian.

Our career highlights include having a beer with a brown bear in Serbia, blowing up gnomes in Cape Town and asking Emlyn Hughes to pretend to be a tiny mouse.
